Several experiments were carried out in the different gravity environment to examine a role of gravity in the cells isolated from whole embryo. In the experiments of centrifugation or clinostat spicule elongation was suppressed. In a series of parabolic experiment by airplane the elongation of spicule after the parabolic flight was suppressed in each several stage cells. The negative effect for biomineralization of sea urchin seems the same response of mammal skeleton for microgravity and expected finding will help the understanding of phenomena. Besides, period-specific sensitivity for gravity appeared partially. These finding are important in planning for space experiment., 資料番号: AA0045438009}, pages = {25--28}, publisher = {宇宙科学研究所, The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS)}, title = {ウニ胚の培養骨片細胞に対する重力環境の影響}, year = {2003} }
