The shoot growth infected with endophyte and hyphal growth of the endophyte in the plant seed were compared between the 3 D-clinostat experiment group and the ground control. The shoot growth of tall fescue infected with endophyte was remarkably inhibited under the pseudo-microgravity. The hyphae in the plant seed were aggregated under the pseudo-microgravity condition.
