IKAROS was launched on May 21st 2010, and succeeded in deploying solar power sail on Jun 9th. We develop the new mechanism to realize the deployment method of IKAROS. We proposed the deployment method that consists of two stage deployment sequences, that is, a quasi-static sequence of the first stage deployment and a dynamical sequence of the second stage deployment method.
