Three-dimensional casting processes were simulated with ANSYS FLUENT and the results were discussed. Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids were assumed. Casting methods were continuous inflow and intermittent inflow. We obtained that intermittent inflow effects were appeared dominantly in case of a non-Newtonian fluid and intermittent inflow and that burning rates to increase as angles betweeen isochronous
