However, hydrazine high toxicity liquid. Spacecraft researchers need a low toxicity propellant. Hydroxyl Ammonium Nitrate (HAN: NH3OHNO3) is proposed as low toxicity propellant. The propellant caused the severe reaction, and the electrode is consumed for electic thrusters. In this study, the capability of HAN for DC Arcjet Arcjet Thruster's propellant is examined.
