Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency(JAXA)), Sagamihara, Kanagawa Japan, This paper presents an overview of the subsonic flight experiments for ejector-rocket using CAMUI-type hybrid-rocket. The flight experiment was planned to obtain ejector characteristics under subsonic flight condition, for developing design technology of rocket based combined-cycle engine. An ejector-duct was attached to the engine of the rocket. Two experimental vehicles were launched at 16th March 2009, from the coast of Taiki-town in Hokkaido island of Japan.
