 note = {The main task of this research is to study the key ballistic parameters (e.g. volumetric loading, sliver, etc.) of most neutral burning for Sine-Star grain configuration in order to establish such kind of preliminary data base for the Sine-Star grain configuration. To carry out the mentioned above tasks, an algorithm was designed based new neutrality parameter using Hooke and Jeeves optimization technique for determining the most neutral case of each family of Sine-Star grain configuration. This algorithm was added to the Sine-Star computer package that was constructed in a previous work.
