FY2001","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"宇宙科挙研究所では完全再使用型2段式スペースプレーンの初段推進システムとして、液体水素を燃料とするエキスパンダーサイクル・エアターボラムジェットエンジン(ATREXエンジン)(図1)の研究開発が行なわれている。このエンジンは地上静止状態から高度30km、マッハ6まで加速することを目標としている。ATREXエンジンのコンポーネントであるプリクーラ(図2)は、インテークの下流に配置される熱交換器であり、下流のターボ機構を空力加熱から守るとともに、中間冷却の効果によってサイクル性能を向上させる働きがある。しかし、ATREXエンジンではプリクーラ冷却管が30Kから220Kという樹野島で作動するため、空気中の水蒸気が着電し、圧力損失と熱交換量の低減が生じてしまう。そのため、数々の着霜対策がこれまでにとられてきており、その結果、上流からメタノールを散布させる方法が効果的であるという結論がでている。(図3)これを受け、2000年度のATREX-12のエンジン地上試験ではプリクーラ上流に新たにメタノール噴射器を設け、メタノール散布の効果を試験することとなり、大気中の水蒸気の6〜7倍程度のメタノールを噴射した(図4)。その結果、プリクーラ外周(上流)の冷却管(主流温度高、冷却管温度高)には着霜が見られなかったものの、圧力損失や熱交換量などエンジンの挙動は着霜時のものと同じであった。これはプリクーラ内部(下流)の冷却管(主流温度低、冷却管温度低)で多量のメタノールが着電してしまったためと考えられる。また今のところ、メタノール散布の効果はサブスケールの1列管群モデル(主流温度高、冷却管温度高低)で実証されただけであり、より実機に近い条件で要素試験を行なう必要があると考えられている。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
