p)=0.6の時に最も実験結果と良好な一致を示す計算結果が得られた。これより、出口でのイオン数密度分布は通常のもの(G(sub p)=1.0)よりも鋭くなっていることが予想される。次に、電子温度T(sub e)を流れ場全体で一様と仮定し、電荷交換衝突断面積σ(sub cex)、電子温度T(sub e)、ガウス分布パラメータG(sub p)、イオンビーム角度αの4つのパラメータがバックフローに与える影響について調べた。電荷交換衝突断面積σ(sub cex)が大きくなるにつれてバックフローのイオン電流フラックスの分布が大きくなり、電子温度T(sub e)、ガウス分布パラメータG(sub p)、イオンビーム角度αの3つのパラメータはバックフローにほとんど影響を与えないことが確認された。さらに実験の状態により近づけるために、電子温度をイオンビーム内でT(sup in)(sub e)=6eV、イオンビーム外でT(sup out)(sub e)=15eVと仮定し、バックフローの解析を行った。電子温度が一様な場合と同様に、電荷交換衝突断面積σ(sub cex)が大きくなるにつれてイオン電流フラックスが大きくなった。しかし、電子温度がイオンビーム外の方が高いためにビーム外のポテンシャルが高くなり、発生したCEXイオンがビーム内に閉じ込められ、全体的に電子温度を一様と仮定した場合よりもイオン電流フラックスは小さい値を示した。実際のイオンエンジンブルームにおいてもポテンシャルがビーム外の方が高くなっており、このような閉じ込めの現象が起こっていることが考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
