FY2001","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"両面アルミ蒸着ポリエステル膜(厚さ127μm)を、回転放物面ガラス鏡を成形型とするストレート成形法で成形することで、直径640mmの高分子膜集光鏡の製作を行った。製作の条件として加工時間、加工温度を変化させた。その結果、成形加工後の形状は加工時間の影響は小さく加工温度に大きく依存していた。即ち加工温度が高いほど成形型の形状に近くなっており、これは昨年の結果とも一致する。表面状態について、両面アルミ蒸着ポリエステル膜で太陽集光鏡を製作する場合は、加工温度を180度C以上とすると鏡面状態が失われ集光鏡としての用を成さなかった。以上より、本研究で用いた材質の場合、加工温度150〜160度C程度が最も望ましい加工温度である。このようにして製作した高分子膜集光鏡では、焦点距離は成形型の約1.04倍、太陽集光像径は成形型の2.5倍程度であった。この差異は、本研究で採用した成形手法条件内では高分子膜形状を成形型に完全に一致させることが出来なかったことに起因するが、しかしそれでも、太陽集光鏡として十分な集光性能を有することが太陽像測定から確かめられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
