Targeted accuracy is 3 milliarcsec (3 mas), or 1.5×10(exp -8)rad. For example, attitude sensor of middle sized satellite has about 1 arcsecond accuracy. On the other hand, that of ultra-small satellite has 1 arcmin accuracy. The key of achieving such high accurate observation by poor satellite instruments is the role of “data analysis”.
