In this report, fundamental properties of the polycyanate heat-resistant resin system with the three dimensional textile composite are characterized under room temperature and high temperature conditions. The tensile, open hole tensile, open hole compressive, and double notch shear test were carried out and stiffness and strength properties were obtained. After that, the scale model of the rudder in the silent supersonic technology demonstrator was designed using the obtained properties, manufactured and evaluated.
