{"created":"2023-09-27T12:49:36.529852+00:00","id":2000049,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7d0d346d-1107-438d-aa21-615f3ab95dd1"},"_deposit":{"created_by":27,"id":"2000049","owners":[27],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000049"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000049","sets":["1887:1893","9:10:1695275225494:1695564341750"]},"author_link":[],"item_1692929429513":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、炭素繊維/エポキシ樹脂複合材をエポキシフィルム接着剤で接合したシングルラップ接着接合継手について、吸水および接着剤硬化不良が生じた場合の引張損傷挙動を実験的に評価するとともに、解析的再現を行った。接着剤硬化不良条件の継手引張試験では、破断荷重は適切硬化条件である120°C 硬化の場合に比べ、100°C 硬化の場合は13%、80°C 硬化の場合は73%低下した。解析的には、接着層が全塑性状態に達すると継手が破断すること、硬化不良に伴って接着剤の応力―ひずみ線図が変わると想定することで、継手引張時の荷重―変位線図を再現できた。吸水条件の継手引張試験では、破断荷重は乾燥条件に比べ、約1100 時間の水浸漬で24%、約7800 時間の水浸漬で43%低下した。また荷重―変位線図の傾きが途中で緩やかになったほか、接着層端部領域で界面強度の低下もみられた。解析的には、接着層端部領域は荷重伝達に寄与しないこと、接着層が全塑性状態に達してもすぐには破断せず伸び続けること、吸水に伴って接着剤の応力―ひずみ線図が変わると想定することで、継手引張時の荷重―変位線図を再現できた。加えて、ファスナを併用した場合の接着接合継手についても引張試験を実施したが、吸水および接着剤硬化不良が生じたとしても継手強度は低下しなかった。これらの破壊形態は複合材のネットセクション破壊であった。このことから、ファスナ併用接着接合継手の引張試験では複合材の損傷特性が支配的であり、吸水や硬化不良による接着剤の物性変化が与える影響はごく軽微であると考えられる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"In this study, tensile and failure behavior of single-lapped joints of carbon/epoxy composites with epoxy film adhesives under the conditions of water absorption and adhesive poor curing was experimentally investigated and analytically simulated. Joint tensile tests under the condition of adhesive poor curing resulted the failure loads under the curing temperature of 100°C and 80°C were 13% and 73% lower than the properly-cured condition of 120°C, respectively. The load–displacement curves of these tests were successfully simulated by assuming that the joint fails when the adhesive layer reaches the fully-plastic state and in addition, the stress–strain curve of the adhesive changes depending on the poor curing. As for the condition of water absorption, the joint tensile tests resulted the failure loads under the conditions of around 1100- and 7800-hour water immersion were 24% and 43% lower than that under the dried condition, respectively. The results also showed the slope of the load–displacement curves altered to be gradual in the middle of the tests, and the interface strength seemed to decrease at the edge of the bondline. These load–displacement curves were successfully simulated by assuming that the edge regions of the bondline do not contribute to load transferring, the joints do not fail immediately and continue to elongate even though the adhesive layer reaches the fully-plastic state, and the stress–strain curve of the adhesive changes depending on the water immersion. Moreover, adhesively-bonded joints that concurrently use of fasteners were also tested, and the results showed the joint strength did not decrease despite water absorption and poor curing. The failure mode of these test pieces was net section failure of composite substrates. That means the tensile and failure behavior of adhesively-bonded joints with fasteners may be dominated by the failure characteristics of the composites, and it is considered the effect of the change in adhesive properties due to water absorption and poor curing is
