{"created":"2024-02-09T08:18:43.936431+00:00","id":2000253,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f527dbf5-b591-4fa7-b8f8-71bfa4d90029"},"_deposit":{"created_by":27,"id":"2000253","owner":"27","owners":[27],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000253"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000253","sets":["1887:1893","9:10:1695275225494:1707456345287"]},"author_link":[],"control_number":"2000253","item_1692929429513":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"航空機の安全運航を維持するためには，パイロットのテクニカルスキルとノンテクニカルスキルが技能の両輪としてバランスよく機能する必要がある．テクニカルスキルとは操縦技術を指し，操縦技術以外のスキル，例えばコミュニケーションや状況認識に関する技術がノンテクニカルスキルである．パイロットにはこれら両方のスキルの修得と実践が求められている．民間航空業界における大型機のパイロット養成は，今日，CPL（Commercial Pilot License）養成方式とMPL（Multi-crew Pilot License）養成方式の2つの方法がある．詳しくは本文にて述べるが，本研究は主としてCPL養成方式におけるノンテクニカルスキルの修得と実践を対象としている. CPL養成方式では，まず基礎訓練課程として，大学校等の操縦士養成機関に入学し小型機を使用した訓練を行い，一人で操縦可能な小型機の操縦士資格（機長資格）を取得する．そののち航空会社に就職後，操縦に二人を要する大型機の操縦士資格（大型機における副操縦士資格，次いで機長資格）を取得していくという流れが一般的である．ノンテクニカルスキルの観点から言えば，CPL養成方式には，操縦士が1 名しかいない状況でのノンテクニカルスキルを修得した後に，操縦士2名で運航する場合のノンテクニカルスキルを修得するという非連続性が存在する. テクニカルスキルは機体依存性が強いことから，養成機関の基礎訓練課程から航空会社就職後までの各段階において，パイロットが修得・実践すべきスキルは比較的明確である．他方，ノンテクニカルスキルは，基礎訓練課程の段階から修得を始めるべきスキルであるにも関わらず，基礎訓練課程ではそれらノンテクニカルスキル教育は殆ど行われていないのが実情である．その理由は，小型機のパイロットが修得・実践すべきノンテクニカルスキルが明確に定義されておらず，そのために実践法も確立されていないこと，それに加えて先に述べた非連続性にあると考えられる. そこで，CPL養成方式の基礎訓練課程の練習生を対象としたノンテクニカルスキルの実践法を開発することを目的に研究を行い，ノンテクニカルスキルを整理・統合し，新たに定義するとともに，それらに基づいた具体的な実践法（実施すべき事柄，手順，チェックリスト）の構築及び提案，訓練の効果と修得度合いを確認するための評価票2種（日常評価用，定期審査用）の開発を行ったので，報告する．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"To maintain the safety of the flight operations, not only technical skills but also non-technical skills such as CRM (Crew Resource Management), TEM (Threat and Error Management), and risk management are important f or al l the pilots. For the trainees aiming to be airline pilots with large airplanes, however, there is no method of practicing non-technical skills that can be practiced continuously from the first stage of the flight training to the professional pilots. Consequently, nowadays, non-technical skills education for the trainees is rarely conducted in the basic training course. Therefore, we have developed a new education method that the trainees can practice easily and acquire the non-technical skills efficiently from the basic training course. In Addition, we have developed two types of check sheets.
