| 内容記述 | Summary: With the on-orbit demonstration of CRD2 Phase I, RPO technology for large debris has been established and the development of Phase II, which will demonstrate actual large debris capture and removal, has begun. What should be done to go beyond the technological demonstration and steadily take steps toward social implementation of debris countermeasures in the future? This session will discuss the issues from the policy, technical, and business perspectives. Aim: What are the next steps necessary to realize social implementation of debris control measures? We hope to rearrange the technical and social requirements from the latest recognition of the on-orbit environment, and to develop a discussion that will provide hints for necessary technical strategies, policies, rule making, incentive design, technical demonstration plans, etc. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
