Although the basic design of the X-Ray Spectrometer (XRS) will remain unchanged for the next asteroid mission Hayabusa-2, it is necessary to optimize the data processing method in consideration of the problem clarified in the former mission. For the Hayabusa-2 mission, we evaluated how the hot pixels had worsen the energy resolution in Hayabusa XRS. Then we introduced and examined a new data processing method 'address mask' to suppress the noise originated from the hot pixels that cause other noises as well., 資料番号: AA0063723019}, pages = {78--81}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {Inflight performance of X-ray CCDs onboard Hayabusa XRS and development of onboard processing method for future X-ray fluorescence spectrometer}, year = {2007} }
