In 1980s, Voyager 1 and 2 had revealed the existence of high energy (approximately keV) electrons with non-Maxwellian distribution in this region, although the source of these electrons has not been clear. We investigated the possibility that the source of high energy electrons is resulted by the electron acceleration accompanied by aurora in the polar region. Then we analyzed the electron flux and radio wave data observed by Cassini spacecraft.
