They were first detected in optical wavelength by our group using Kiso 1.05-m Schmidt. The sophisticated data reduction processes as well as the advanced instruments are increasing the total number of trail comets to 15, testifying to the ability of the ground-based observations to achieve the present studies. In this paper, we describe the progress report on the cometary dust trail survey by three ground-based telescopes. In addition, we present the optical color measured under the photometric conditions on Mauna Kea, Hawaii., 資料番号: AA0063350001}, pages = {1--4}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {Dark red debris from short-period comets: Summary of dust trail survey and its optical color}, year = {2006} }
