We can point out two interesting and important properties on amino acids in terrestrial lives: first is that only approximately 20 kinds of amino acids are utilized in proteinic materials of terrestrial lives. Second is that the relative molar ratios between 20 amino acids are almost equal. In our present paper, paying attention to these facts, we make an attempt to specify physical and chemical properties of a primordial Earth environment. By assuming that two amino acids and appropriate inorganic elements are in chemical equilibrium, we can find the activity ratios (or activities) of inorganic elements under the condition of typical hydrothermal fluid.
