Investigated were two important aspects of chondrule formation; 1) precursor size conditions for chondrule formation and 2) final sizes of chondrules. It was found that the small chondrule precursors whose radii are smaller than a critical radius evaporate completely in the postshock hot gas and cannot form chondrules. It was also found that the critical radius is dependent on shock parameters (shock velocity and preshock gas number density). Finally, an implication for chondrule size distribution was given using the results and it was found that the mechanism may explain the minimum size of chondrules., 資料番号: AA0046650011}, pages = {41--44}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {Explanation for minimum size of chondrules by shock-wave heating model}, year = {2003} }
