The abundance distribution of the supernova ejecta is evaluated from the calculation of detailed nucleosynthesis calculation during the evolution and the supernova explosion of a 4 solar mass He star. Two cases of the mixing models with artificial mixing ratios are considered; one consists of the He/N, He/C, O/Ne, and Si/S-layers and the other consists of the He/N, He/C Si/S and Ni layers. The isotopic ratios of C-12/C-13, N-14/N-15, Al-26/Al-27, Si-29/Si-28, Si-30/Si-28, and Ti-44/Ti-48 of eleven SiC X grains and four low density graphite grains are compared with those of the supernova mixing models with appropriate mixing ratios. For one SiC X grain, four kinds of the isotopic ratios are reproduced by the supernova mixing model. For twelve SiC X grains and low density graphite grains, three kinds of the isotopic ratios are reproduced by the supernova mixing model. The number of grains three kinds of the isotopic ratios of which are reproduced by the mixing model depends on the C/O ratio of the mixing model. For most of the grains, three kinds of the isotopic ratios are reproduced when the C/O ratio is 0.5 to 2. However, for only two grains, three kinds of the isotopic ratios are reproduced by the oxygen-rich mixture such as C/O less than 0.1., 資料番号: AA0046650029}, pages = {113--116}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {Supernova nucleosynthesis and C, N, Al, Si, and Ti isotopic ratios of presolar grains from supernovae}, year = {2003} }
