We have developed a hybrid-PIC code taking account of the charge exchange ions. In the present study, for the purpose of analyzing more realistic flows, the code was extended to allow elastic scattering ions and neutrals and to treat electrons as particles. Using the full-PIC code, we performed 3-dimensional analyses of the standard problem derived from the experiments using the uniform upstream and downstream conditions.
