In this report, cooling characteristics of the cryogenic testing system were numerically evaluated with heat conduction analysis by the finite element method. Simplified numerical calculation without temperature dependency of material thermal constants approximately simulated the cooling characteristics of the cryogenic testing system compared with the measured temperature data.
