The beams can be irradiated into the chamber either as single beam or as combined beam of any combination. This facility is used in order to investigate the tolerance of space materials to space environment. In this research and development memorandum, the specifications, the current performance and issues of the facility are summarized. Then, developed measurement techniques of each beam under combined irradiation are described.
