| 内容記述 | わが国の成層圏プラットフォーム飛行船プロジェクトの中で行われた成層圏滞空飛行試験は気象条件の影響を受けやすく、可能な試験日が制限されることになった。しかし風観測・予測システムの構築により、試験のキャンセルや延期もなく、理想的な気象条件下で飛行試験を実施することができた。本報告では、上記飛行試験で有効に活用された気象システムと、実際の気象予測について報告する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Ground-to-Stratosphere Flight Test in the Stratospheric Platform Airship Project in Japan was easy to be affected by meteorological conditions, and possible testing days were limited. But by composing suitable wind observation and forecast system, flight-test in ideal weather conditions could be done without canceling or putting off. In this report, reported are this meteorological system used efficiently in the flight test and records of weather forecasts. | |||||||||
