Memorandum","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、地球観測衛星などの観測データと気候変動の予測モデルを活用することにより、エルニーニョに代表される全球規模での異常気象・気候に関する研究が進められている。このため、研究者が地球観測衛星データを効率的に利用するために、観測データを効率的かつ簡易に提供する情報システムの整備が必要となっている。衛星データの検索にあたっては、観測日・観測場所が主要な検索条件であるが、これに加えて光学センサーの場合にはデータの中の雲の割合も重要な検索条件となっている。これは、光学センサーのデータのうち70%が雲に覆われていて、雲の割合が多いデータは利用者にとって利用価値がないためである。そこで、衛星データの検索システムにおいては、各データに関する観測機器・観測日・観測場所などとともに被雲量率(データの中の雲の占める割合)を、データベースに登録し、利用することになる。従来この被雲量率については、衛星データを受信する際に、あわせて未補正データを運用者が目視による点検を行い、0から10までの11段階で評価を行い、その結果を手入力によりデータベースに追記してきた。しかし、昨今の衛星の高分解能化およびデータ中継衛星による全球観測によるデータ量の爆発的な増加により、運用者による雲量の目視評価が不可能な状況が発生しつつある。このため、雲量を運用者にかわって自動的に評価する手法の開発が必要となってきた。本稿においては、これまで米国などで開発された雲量の自動評価手法の概要について紹介するとともに、著者らが開発した日本の地球観測衛星用の新しい雲量の自動評価手法とその成果を説明する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
