 note = {Aiming at realization of a solar-pumped laser diode, experimental examination was performed from a viewpoint of energy transportation. It turns out that photo luminescence excitation was measured after checking the activity layer function from the fluorescence characteristic, and the absorption energy in a waveguide has contributed to luminescence most from an active layer.
