A new Flight Safety System which is totally independent from our old one, that depends on radar information, is based upon the principle of inertial navigation in calculating a real time trajectory and impact points on earth by online PCM-Telemetry data. We have applied this back up system for practical missions such as Halley mission and Ginga mission, and have had successful results.
