| 内容記述 | Electron-impact excitation of He-like ions is theoretically studied. Cross sections are calculated for the transitions ls^2-ls2l (l=0,1) and ls^2-ls3l (l=0,1,2) of the ions with the nuclear charge Z=6(2)46. With the use of the resulting cross section, rate coefficients are obtained. A simple approximation is used to reduce the cross section calculation to one-electron problem, which is solved with a perturbation theory. A relativistic effect is taken into account so that each fine-structure state is considered separately. | |||||||||
