Balloon"}]},"item_9_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1977-09","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"3_B","bibliographicPageEnd":"798","bibliographicPageStart":"773","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"東京大学宇宙航空研究所報告"}]}]},"item_9_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"衛星が軌道中にあるとき,重要な電源である太陽電池の出力がどれ位かを正確に推定するために地上においてその特性が予め正確にわかっている必要がある.本来,太陽電池の出力較正は大気圏外で行うのが最もよい方法であるが,現在まだ回収が不可能であるため,一般には高々度気球を使用して,大気効果の少ない約36km以上の高空で出力較正を行うのが普通である.そこで昭和49年度から50年度にかけて実験装置の設計,製作,地上試験を行ない,昭和51年5月25日に三陸大気球観測所においてB_5気球により衛星用太陽電池の出力較正実験を実施した.今回は第1回目ということもあり飛翔高度は約27kmであった.しかしこの高度ではまだ散乱光の影響が残っており,また気球の反射も当初予想したように大きかった.今後,上記影響を充分に注意して実験を行えば,太陽電池の出力を正しく較正することが可能であり,標準太陽電池の気球による設定化の目途がついたといえる.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"正誤表:
