The characteristics of electron beam propagation, the beam-beam and beam-plasma interactions were studied with least wall effect. Recontraction of the electron beam due to the geomagnetic field was observed in a low power operation of the electron beam accelerator and electrostatic waves at frequencies of (n+1/2) f_ (n : integer, f_ electron cyclotron frequency) were generated when a counter-streaming beam configuration was formed.
