Strain measurements in longitudinal uniaxial loading and internal pressure loading are convenient for the purpose above mentioned. The variation of these elastic constants with winding pattern are obtained. The values of E_1, E_2, ν_1 and ν_2 vary remarkably with the winding angle of glass filaments.
