We used, as the insulator, epoxy resin, mixed with a polysulphide plastics and several kinds of metal oxides, which is reinforced by silicon glass cloths. As a fundamental test we take the torch burner method as shown in Fig. 1. From the result of such testings, we find the most favorable components in the insulator and its fundamental insulating properties.
