X2, 240mm long, are described. The propellant dough is poured into the motor case directly to make the grain with good uniformity. It has long pot life and exhibits late gelation enough to fit the propellant dough for direct-casting operation. Curing temperature of 50°C is rather so low that excess thermal stress and shrinkage which may lead the separation of the grain periphery from the heat insulator or breakup of the grain matrix, can be avoided.
