The experimental results on propagation and directivity charactristics of the noise generated by the helicopters Bell 47B2 and Bell 47B3, are presented. A distance between the helicopter and a obstacl is estimeted by the helicopter noise level measured at near the obstacl in relation with the nois chractristics curves.
