Remarkable decreasing of the breaking strain ε_b in the range of n≧0.65N, at the stress levels of 1.08σ_y and 0.824σ_y, (σ_y : yield stress), and slight decreasing of breaking stress σ_b at the stress levels 1.08σ_y~0.534σ_y, are found.
