までの高周波な帯域を持つ高エネルギーな現象である。特に、帯電体の衝突時の静電気放電では高周波の放射電界が生じる。この放電時に発生する放射電界は電子デバイスの破壊や誤動作の原因となるため、放電現象の詳細な観察が重要である。しかし、従来のモノポールアンテナでは、周波数による感度の依存性から詳細な波形の測定できなかった。そこで，本研究では光ファイバによるノイズ耐性、GHz 帯域までの周波数特性、5V 以下の高感度特性を有する導波路型光電界センサを用いた測定を行った。特に、移動帯電体の衝突放電現象の観察を行った。その結果、放射電界の減衰波形が観察でき、その減衰時間がピークによらず一定であることなどが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
