The telescope consists of a 4-layer modulation collimator of 20 arcsecond resolution, a phoswich scintillation counter of 450 cm^2 area, and 16 mm cameras as accurate star sensors. A gondola with a sophisticated attitude control system affords accurate pointing of the X-ray telescope.
