The improved antenna has a frequency-bandwidth of about 6MHz, which is about twice that of the former ones. The wider bandwidth will remove the complicated procedures of adjustment during installation, and also will make it possible to be operated at two frequencies with a separation of 3MHz or more (295MHz and 298MHz) simultaneously.
