Behavior of the energetic electrons is consistent with the standard Fermi shock acceleration theory, if we include a modification due to the expansion effect of the downstream plasma flow. As far as we know, there has been no observational report which clealy indicates stochastic Fermi shock acceleration mechanism working on electrons at 1AU.
