Frequency-stabilization of a flash-lamp pumped dye laser at the D-lines of sodium was made by using a Faraday filter. Ultra-high frequency-stabilization of a cw semiconductor laser could be obtained by using the Doppler-free saturated absorption signal of the Cs-D_2 line.
