 note = {第7号科学衛星「ひのとり」のV, UおよびS波帯の3つのビーコンおよびTM電波のシンチレーションを解析し, 電離層プラズマ不規則構造の空間スケールおよび発生頻度を季節, 地方時および太陽電波束などの地球物理パラメータ依存性について統計的に研究した。使ったデータは1981年2月から1982年2月の一年間に捉えられたシンチレーション電波である。解析の結果は下のように要約される。(1) V, U波帯のシンチレーション電波発生は6月に最大をとり, S波帯は3&acd;4月および9&acd;10月に最大をとる。(2) 太陽黒点数Rz, 太陽電波束F_<10.7>に対する発生頻度はF_<10.7>=180&acd;240,Rz=140&acd;180でゆるやかな最大を取り, その後F_<10.7>>280では急激な発生頻度および空間スケールの増大がみられる。Kp≦6では明瞭な依存性はみられず, Kp>6で急激な発生頻度および空間スケールの増大がみられる。(3) 発生頻度は真夜中前はKpの増加と共に小さくなり, 真夜中後はむしろKpの増加と共に増加する。, U. V. and S band radio waves of Japan's 7th scientific satellite 'HINOTORI' were received at midlatitude station (Kagoshima Space Center). Occurrence frequency and the spatial scale of the radio wave scintillation were studied in terms of local time, season, Kp index, solar radio flux (F_<10.7>) and sunspot number (Rz). The data used were obtained from Feb. 1981 to Apr. 1982. The analysis is mainly summarized as follows. (1) V and U band scintillation occurrence showed a clear maximum in June and small humps in August and September, while S band showed the minimum occurrence in June. The spatial scale of the scintillation became maximum in March for U and V band and in April for S band. (2) Scintillation occurrence and the scale increased, showed maximum activity and finally decreased as solar flux (F_<10.7>), Kp index (Kp) and sunspot number (Rz) increased. The scintillation occurrence suddenly increased when Kp>6 and F_<10.7>>280. The scale of the scintillation had more clear Kp, F_<10.7> and Rz dependence for S band radio frequency. (3) There is a faint tendency that scintillation occurrence decreased as Kp increased before midnight and increased after midnight. (4) Scintillation activity became maximum at midnight and took a small second maximum in early morning (6 hours in Local time)., 資料番号: SA0166645000},
