Proton energy spectra in the South Atlantic Anomaly region consist of two components, steep low energy component (<1.MeV) as E^<-8.6>, and high energy component (>1.MeV) which is proportional to E^<-1.9>. The intensity at altitude 856km is ten times higher than that at altitude 406km.
