In 1986,two balloon flights were challenged as an engineering test of transoceanic flight over East China Sea. In 1987 and 1988,following the successful results of the test flights, five balloons were launched for the purpose of scientific observations in the field of a space astronomy, cosmic-ray research and stratosferic atmosphere study. During the long dulation flights toward China, all balloon-born instruments worked well and many useful scientific data could be obtained, The balloon launching and tracking system for this project and the results of two test frights were already explained in the former paper. As a sequel to the paper, this paper describes scientific instruments for each balloon observation and also describes the flight behavior of all seven balloons which were successfully reached to China and recovered without serious damages. As a conclusion, the significance of this balloon project is
