After a ballute system is ejected from a rocket at the height of 120-130km, parachute of the system is forced to inflate. It, however, still gains the falling velocity down to 85km and then gradually the velocity decreases. In order to have maximum falling velocity of less than 500m/sec, the total weight of the system is required to be less than 5kg, which includes a telemetry system, battery and scientific instruments. Depending on the experiment, we might be able to increase the weight up to 10kg.
