 note = {オーロラのGlobal Dynamicsの中で一つの重要テーマである, サブストーム開始時の様相が, 64秒間に8秒間隔の4回撮像と云う高時間分解能観測によって, 新たに'initial brightening'とそれに続く'flaring-up'stageの2段階構造となって居る事が明らかとなった。亦, westward travelling surgeの発達過程に関しても, 高時間分解能観測から, 'DE-1'と'VIKING'の結果の間で行われた議論は何れも正鵠を得ていない事が判明した。, AKEBONO' imager (ATV-UV) has clarified featuares of auroral substorm expansion onset with its high speed image cycle. It is shown that the expansion phase consists 2 of stages, an 'initial brightening' stage and a 'flaring-up' stage.
