{"created":"2023-06-20T15:04:00.080164+00:00","id":33203,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"03f0eccf-962d-46ab-9ff0-c2f52753e2e0"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"33203","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"33203"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp:00033203","sets":["1887:1890","1896:1898:1899:1912"]},"author_link":["415389","415391","415395","415394","415388","415397","415384","415390","415386","415393","415396","415392","415387","415385"],"item_9_alternative_title_2":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"DC electric field measurement in the SEEK campaign"}]},"item_9_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1998-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"49","bibliographicPageStart":"37","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"38","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"宇宙科学研究所報告. 特集: SEEK(Sporadic-E Experiment over Kyushu)キャンペーン報告"}]}]},"item_9_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Sporadic E Experiment over Kyushu (SEEK)キャンペーンは中緯度電離圏E領域に存在する沿磁力線イレギュラリティー(Field Aligned Irregularity; FAI)のうち, 準周期的エコー(Quasi-Periodic (QP) echo)と呼ばれるエコー形態を持つ現象の生成過程解明を目的としたキャンペーンであり, 1996年8月に実施された。本論文ではキャンペーン期間中に行われた観測ロケットS-310-26号機搭載のビーム法による電場観測器(Electric Field Detector-Beam experiment; EFD-B)を用いた電場観測の結果を報告する。それまでのレーダー観測による結果から, E領域に突発的に現われるスポラディックE層(Es層)が大気重力波によって高度変調を受け, 電荷の分極により1∿2mV/m程度の電場ができ, 電場によりドリフト運動をする際にイオンと電子で中性粒子との衝突周波数が異なるために生ずるプラズマ不安定現象によりQPエコーが生成されると考えられている。従ってQPエコーの生成過程を解明する上で電場観測は極めて重要である。EFD-Bはイオンビームを磁力線に垂直に打ち出して磁力線のまわりを旋回した後にロケットに再び戻って来るイオンビームの飛翔時間(Time or Flight; TOF)を測定することにより電場ドリフトの量を見積もり電場を測るセンサーであり, イオン銃, 検出部, 電子回路部から構成される。ビームには加速したリシウムイオンを用い, そのビーム強度を変化させることにより変調をかける。検出部ではビームのエネルギー分別および検出, 増幅を行い, 電子回路部で量子化等を行いデータセットを作成する。地上に送信されたデータのビーム変調を地上で復調することでビームの飛翔時間を算出し電場を計算する。また, TOFから磁場の絶対値も計算できる。観測ロケットS-310-26号機は1996年8月21日0 : 30 (JST)に打ち上げられ, EFD-Bは打ち上げ後X+168秒からX+241秒までに高度170km付近で68個のデータを取得した。ここでXは打ち上げ時刻を表す。そのうち28個が有効なデータであり, 電場強度は大きいもので11mV/m, 平均で6mV/mであった。この値はE領域に通常存在する1mV/mの電場およびQPエコー生成モデルで示されていた1.7mV/mよりもはるかに大きいものである。電場方向については, Es層が大気重力波による変調を受けたと考えると空間周期が約4kmの変動が観測された。また, 高度100km付近の地上レーダーでの観測と電場の方向に異なる部分が多いという結果となり, QPエコー現象では電場を磁力線に沿ってマッピングすることができないという可能性も指摘された。磁場データはモデル磁場と0.25%以内で一致した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_17":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The &Sporadic E Experiment over Kyushu& (SEEK) campaign was carried out in August, 1996 to make clear the generation mechanism of the quasi-periodic echo (QPE), which is particular form of the Field Aligned Irregularity (FAI) in the midlatitude E region. The electric field measurement is important to study the generation mechanism of the QPE. In this report we will show results of the DC electric field measurement with the Electric Field Detector-Beam experiment (EFD-B) onboard the sounding rocket S-310-26. The sounding rocket S-310-26 was launched at 00 : 30 (JST) 21 August, 1996. The EFD-B detected return beams 68 times at the altitude of around 170km from X+168s to X+241 s.28 data sets among them were useful. The largest of the electric fields was 11mV/m and the average was 6mV/m. This value is much larger than that in the ordinary condition of midlatitude E region. It is also larger than the value estimated in the assumed scenario of the QPE generation by ∿10mV/m. The spatial scale of 4km electric field fluctuation in direction was observed, assuming that the Es was modulated by the AGW. The difference of the electric field direction between the results of the VHF radar observation and that of the EFD-B was apparent, so the possibility was also pointed out that the mapping along the magnetic field lines is not realized under the QPE situation.
