As the ATREX engine is the air breather, its running status is strongly affected by the atmosphere. So, it is crucial to evaluate the engine in flight condition, and we propose the flight tests consisted of 2 steps. At the first step, the ATREX engine will be carried to the specific test condition at each flight, via the solid rocket booster. At this phase, some of critical conditions, which are difficult to analyze without flight data, will be achieved using solid rocket boosters. 6 flights are planned in this phase to develop the ATREX engine itself. Generally, the engine and the vehicle have the mutual influences. So, at the second phase, the whole vehicle will be taken into account to see the interface conditions between the vehicle and the ATREX engine. 10 flights are planned in this phase and will demonstrate the capability to launch the payload of the order of 100kg to LEO., 資料番号: SA0200125000}, pages = {227--240}, title = {ATREXエンジンの飛行実証}, volume = {46}, year = {2003} }
