M-V型ロケット（1号機から4号機まで）"}]}]},"item_9_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"M-V型ロケット打ち上げにおけるレーダ追跡は従来からのレーダ系冗長化の方針を踏襲している．M-V型ロケット初号機では第3段ペイロード部（B3-PL部）に５．６GHz帯（Cバンド）のレーダ・トランスポンダ（以後RTと略記）を，第2段ペイロード部（B2-PL部）には１．６GHz帯のRTを搭載した．地上系は新設のCバンド系「新精測レーダ」[１，２]と既設のLバンド系３．６ｍレーダであった．この初号機の追跡において，Lバンド系の電波のロケット燃焼ガスによる減衰が予想した以上に大きいことが判明した．そこで，2号機以降では，Lバンド３．６ｍレーダによる追跡を取り止め，B2-PL部には１．６GHｚ帯RTに置き換えて５．６GHz帯RTを搭載し，これを既存の「精測レーダ」で追跡することとした．2号機以降の2回の打ち上げ，すなわちM-V-3号機とM-V-4号機の打ち上げにおけるレーダ追跡はこの形で行われ，結果は良好であった．これにより，M-V型ロケットのレーダ系は確立したものと考えている．ロケットに５．６GHz帯RTを二台搭載するに当たっては，それぞれの追跡が独立に，かつ干渉が無いように行われる必要がある．搭載トランスポンダに関しては，識別パルス間隔を互いに異ならせ，B3-PL部RTの３μｓに対して，B2-PL部搭載のものを５μｓとした．また，地上の二つのレーダの送信タイミングをπ相（逆相）同期とした．「新精測レーダ」は1996年度に完成したものであるが，従来の「精測レーダ」に比較して大幅な性能改善が図られている[１，２]．また，「精測レーダ」に関しても，レーダ計算機システムの更新を行うなど，必要な手当を施して使用している．レーダコマンドに関しては，コマンドデコーダ（５．６DEC)を小型軽量化した．これをB3-PL部に搭載している．またM-V型ロケットでは新たに保安コマンド信号の送出機能が追加されている．本文では，M-V型ロケットのレーダ追跡に関して，地上装置と搭載機器の概要，ならびにM-V-1号機，M-V-3号機およびM-V-4号機の追跡結果について述べる．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
