この論文は, 一気圧のアルゴンプラズマと個体壁面との間にできる境界層に着目してその状態を実験的に調べてみたものである. アーク放電によってつくられるプラズマ流を用い, これに金属線をそう入して探針測定と熱伝達の実験をおこなった. これらの測定結果を検討したところ, 境界層内は熱平衡より凍結状態に近く, またそこでの電子温度はイオンまたは原子温度より高いことがわかった. |

This paper presents an investigation on states of gases in the boundary layers, which are produced between an atmospheric pressure argon plasma and a solid wall. Probe measurements and measurements of heat input to wires were made in the manner that a wire is inserted into the arc used as the plasma source. From the results of these experiments, it was found that boundary layers are near frozen states and it is probable that the temperature of electrons is higher than that of atoms or ions the boundary layers. |
